Prohibition of URL transfer applicable to violation of the laws and regulations

We prohibit the shortening of a URL, which is applicable to violation of the laws and regulations, in order to intentionally induce a user. We also prohibit all URL transfers which are against public order and morality. If we find any URL which is applicable to the above, the administrator may delete such URL at its discretion without any advance notice.

Prohibition of URL transfer to junk sites

We prohibit use of a URL shortening function of this site to induce users to access junk sites. If we find any URL which is applicable to the above, the administrator may indicate a warning about such URL and/or delete such URL at its discretion without any advance notice.


If the loss of shortening information occurs due to a system and/or server failure, this site and the operating company shall not assume any responsibility. This site and the operating company do not take any responsibility or liability for any damage or loss caused through our service.

Agreement to the Terms of Use

If a user uses this site, such use shall be deemed that the user has agreed to these terms of use and disclaimer.

Revision of Provisions

This site and the operating company may revise all the provisions without providing any advance notice.

Privacy Policy

• SNS HELPER collects information about accesses (such as clicks) of every SNS HELPER Link created through the Services. This information includes, but is not limited to: (i) the IP address accessing the SNS HELPER Link; (ii) the referring websites or services; (iii) the time and date of each access; and (iv) information about sharing of the SNS HELPER Link on Third Party Services such as Google and Facebook. This information is used by SNS HELPER and its partners to improve their websites and services by, for example, providing value-added features, and to analyze clicks on SNS HELPER Links, for example to understand how, when and where SNS HELPER Links are clicked.

• One feature of the Services is the ability to create shortened uniform resource locators (URLs) of websites ("SNS HELPER Links"). When you create a SNS HELPER Link, SNS HELPER collects and stores both the original URL and the shortened URL and, if you are logged in to your Account, we will associate that information with your Account. SNS HELPER also collects and stores your IP address, the time and date on which you shortened the original URL, and when you share the SNS HELPER Link and information on the channels through which the SNS HELPER Link was shared.

• When you create an Account, we will collect personal information from you, such as your name and email address. If you create an Account using your log in from another accounts such as Facebook or Google, we will access and collect your personal information that the account provides (which is based on your privacy settings), so that you can create your Account with us. We use your contact information to send you information about our services. You may unsubscribe from receiving certain types of these messages through your Account settings, although SNS HELPER reserves the right to contact you when we believe it is necessary such as for administrative and account management purposes.

Note regarding children: We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information of a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information from our files as soon as possible.

• Your log in information and your log in permission will be deleted and terminated automatically if you do not log in 1 year after the last log in date.

• For member registered user : All links will be deleted by 12 months.

• For non-member : All link will be deleted by 30 days.

• While we collect and store IP address information, that information is not shared publicly. As described above, we may share IP address information we collect when you create or click a SNS HELPER link with our business partners, service providers and other organizations with whom we conduct business for the purposes described in this policy.
