How to shorten link
1. Click “Shorten Link” at top of page.
2. Then “URL Shortener page” displays. Input name of your website in “Name:” column and input link you would like to shorten in “Your Link :” column.
3. Click “Shorten URL” button.
4. The link will be shortened and shown in “Your short URL :”.
5. You can copy your shortened link by clicking “Copy” button.
6. If you would like to see the link you already registered, click “See registered link”.
How to search your link
1. Click “My Link” at top of page.
2. Then “My Link” page displays. In this page all links you registered will show in the list.
3. Input keyword of the link you would like to search in “Search :” column.
4. The link that has keyword included will show in the list.
How to edit your link
Click “My Link” at top of page.
Then “My Link” page displays. There are 2 methods to edit link.
A ) Edit by 
button
- 1. Click button behind the link you would like to edit.
- 2. Link in “Full URL” column become editable. Edit URL and click
button. - 3. If the change is complete, “Successful” pop up message will display.
B ) Edit by “Edit” menu
- 1. Click
of the link you would like to edit, then click “Edit” menu. - 2. “Edit Link” page displays. Edit link name and full link by inputting “Link Name :” and “Full Link :” columns.
- 3. After editing click “Submit” button.
- 4. If the change is complete, “Successful” pop up message will display. Click “OK” to close pop up.
- 5. If you already deleted or changed link name or full URL but still have not clicked “Submit” button, you can resume link name and full URL that you deleted or changed by clicking “Reset” button.
- 6. If you would like to close “Edit Link” page, click X button on top-right of page.
How to delete your link
1. Click “My Link” at top of page.
2.. Then “My Link” page displays. Click of the link you would like to delete, then click “Delete” menu.
3. Pop up message displays. Click “Yes, delete it” button to delete link. Click “Cancel” button to cancel deletion.
4. If the deletion is complete, “Deleted” pop up message will display. Click “OK” to close pop up.
5. After deletion the link you deleted will disappear from the list in “My Link” page.
How to see analytic data
1. Click “My Link” at top of page.
2. Then My Link page displays. Click of the link you would like to see analytic data, then click “Analytic Data” menu.
3. After clicking “Analytic Data” menu, Excel data will be downloaded.
4. In downloaded Excel, you can see the following details.
- - IP Address
- - Full URL
- - Short URL
- - Date Access
- - Access per day
How to know your link status
1. Click “My Link” at top of page.
2. Then My Link page displays. See your link status in “Status” column in the list.
3. If the link is still active status will show “Online”.
4. If link is not active status will show “Offline” and there will be a notification e-mail sent to you to inform inactive status within 24 hours after link become inactive.
How to contact website administrator
1. Click “Contact Us” at top of page.
2. Then “Contact Us” page displays. Input information and click “Send” button, then your information will be sent to website administrator by e-mail. After receiving your e-mail we will contact you.
How to edit user profile
1. Click drop down in “Welcome” tab and click “User Profile” menu.
2. Then “User Profile” page displays. Click “Edit Profile” button.
3. “Edit Profile” page displays. Edit your full name, phone number and company, then click “Submit” button to save changes.
4. If you would not like to edit profile please click “Back” button.
How to change password
1. Click drop down in “Welcome” tab and click “User Profile” menu
2. Then “User Profile” page displays. Click “Change Password” button.
3. Input your old password and input new password 2 times, then click “Submit” button to save changes.
4. If the change is complete, “Successful” pop up message will display. Click “OK” to close pop up.
5. If you would not like to change password please click “Back” button on “Change Password” page.
How to reset password when forgot
1. Click “Forgot Password?” in Member Login page.
2. Then “Forgot Your Password” page displays. Input your e-mail. Tick to confirm that you are not a robot, then click “Submit” button.
3. System will send you an e-mail. If e-mail sending is complete, “Successful” pop up message will display. Click “OK” to close pop up.
4. After a few minutes, you will receive auto e-mail from our system. There will be link to reset password as sample below in e-mail.
5. Click the link in e-mail then Reset Password page displays. Input new password 2 times and click “Submit” button.
